Who can I contact for support?

How do I pay for my order?
Choose "Invoice Me" at check out. Brand Activate will invoice you once your POS ships. All T1 2025 programs will be billed in January 2025 to help manage budgets.
Can my distributor order from the store?
They can, and we can bill them for you.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Please place separate orders for each shipping location. Brand, Tactical and Reusable kits cannot be broken up upon shipping. If you need individual items, please ensure you chose the individual item option opposed to the kit when ordering.
Will the POS have prices?
Yes, each kit and all individual items have pricing.
Are there additional costs?
Yes, shipping and handling will be added and is usually roughly 10% of the order total.
Will the store send me notifications?
Yes, the store will send you a shipping notification with your tracking, you can check your order history in the “My Accounts” section after logging in.
Why does the store have PAYPAL as a payment option?
We are not able to remove that at this time, but you should always choose invoice me at checkout.
What if I don’t have a local sampling agency but I want to execute sampling events with this POS?
Brand activate can execute your local sampling events. We currently execute tactical sampling events for CA, GA, IN, and KY.
What are the other planned order periods for the store?
The planned new program launches and order periods are:
- T1 (Covers programs that run Jan – April 2025): 10/11-11/8
- T2 (Covers programs that run May - LDW 2025): 2/3-2/21
- T3 (Post-LDW thru December): 6/2-6/20
Why won’t the store be open all year?
We must hit order minimums for each vendor. In order to ensure minimums are met and items can arrive in a timely manner, we have setup an order period for each trimester. If there is a need to open the store for incremental orders, that can be discussed and approved by brand.
